Kettlebells in a personal training session

I have been using a kettlebells as a personal trainer from the very beginning, especially when I started training people in the parks in Windsor. In fact in the beginning, I used to bring a kettlebell on my bikes handle bar to use during the sessions. This was a struggle but I made it work and having one kettlebell to do a session can be difficult. However, It made me think outside the box to get new way to put different exercises together to receive a great stimulus on the body.

You can do literally any movement your body can do whilst holding a kettlebell. This makes the movements so functional and it will make you realise what other muscle can be used whilst training. Not just the big ones, the smaller ones can be used to improve balance and stabilisation.

If it’s a sunny day and you have a Windsor personal trainer you will understand that the feeling you get after a personal training session is the best. Training outdoors is so different to training indoors. You can get more sunlight and oxygen which give you a natural high in itself. That coupled with exercise will make you feel on top of the would. Coming home for a great shower after giving it your all will make you feel invincible. It is great to spend time in nature which does wonders for your self esteem.

Why use a kettlebell for training?

Kettlebells can be used anywhere, you can buy a set for less that £100 and use them for your evening workouts in the garden or in your workout area at home. They don’t take up much space to store or to workout. If you can jump around and move forward and to the side by a leg length each way then you have your workout space.

Every movement that you see in the gym or with a machine can be done with a kettlebells. You can do it slowly or fast to change the stimulus but most of the time if you have a heavy enough weight for your ability. It will give you a great workout without having to go to the gym. I would suggest getting a trainer or coach to show you the basics. even if it’s training for once a week for a year. I would try it out. Personal trainers will give you more that just knowledge. They will make you a different person and you will learn a different lifestyle you didn’t know was reachable. Keep that in mind.
