Holly is a personal trainer with over 5 years of experience in the industry.
Sports and fitness have been part of her life for as long as she can remember. She is a keen runner completing many half marathons and marathons, and a fully trained Hatton boxing coach as well as a passionate Crossfitter. This has given her a huge range of knowledge and skills to help you achieve your goals.
Her realistic and empathetic approach has helped her clients achieve a variety of goals, whether it’s weight loss, increased muscle definition or training for a specific event.
Holly also offers a wide range of knowledge in nutrition, debunking the many nutritional myths of the industry and educating you on how to fuel your body correctly, but never depriving you of the foods you enjoy.
Whatever your goal, Holly will encourage you to see exercise as something that should be a part of daily life, not to just focus on short term gains; helping you become accountable for your own fitness. As well as providing you with a bespoke programme with you and your goals at the heart of the training plan, Holly will push you and guide you every step of the way.
