Monica Durigon (Nutritional Therapist)
Monica Durigon is an experienced and qualified Nutritional Therapist, member of the British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT), the Complimentary & Natural Health Care Council (CNHC) and the Royal Society of Medicine (RSM).
She graduated from the Institute of Optimum Nutrition (ION) with a distinction following four years of studying and clinical training. In 2014 she was awarded the ‘Dian Shepperson Mills’ prize for ‘Outstanding Performance in Clinic’. She has also qualified as a weightloss coach by training with Zest4Life.
She strongly believes that the choices we make every day about food and lifestyle not only shape our body and influence our mind, but they ultimately affect our whole life. This is why she is passionate about delivering nutritional programmes and education in a simple yet effective way, exposing the myths from conventional nutrition indoctrination, fad diets and misinformation.
She believes in the uniqueness of each individual from a biochemical, spiritual, cultural and lifestyle perspective, therefore her nutritional programmes are tailored specifically for the client.
The advice she gives is always realistic and practical, and together with her coaching, she helps clients to achieve optimum well-being by developing lifestyle changes whilst embracing healthy eating habits without forgetting to have fun !
