It isn’t a quick fix and therefore should be treated as a lifestyle change. We know that it’s hard to burn fat at any age. Whit this in mind, we know how to structure your training in a way that is specific to you.  By combining specific training and food plans. We will give you the best knowledge on your fat loss journey all the while supporting you mentally as you turn away from quick fix thinking and adopt your new lifestyle habits.

Program expectations:

  • HIIT (High intensity interval training) techniques
  • Resistance training
  • Cardiovascular training techniques

All sessions are planned specifically to your fitness levels and increased as you progress so there’s no fear of anything being out of reach. You will have your own intensity to work at so you feel productive and you feel like you’re going in the right direction.

Nutritional support can be provided as an add-on as it a fundamental part of maintaining fat loss. Therefore, there is an option for a nutritional therapist to assess your individual needs to maximise your results long term.
