Swim, bike and run performance training

Duathlon’s, Triathlon’s and single event for the 3 sports have been on the up ever since the 2012 Olympics. However, if you are competing in any of these sports you have to be strong in so many other ways to be able to withstand the events on race day. This is why we are offering you the specific training so that you can be ready evert time you complete or take part on the weekends.

You do these sports because you love and enjoy them. What we want to do is make you better at them so that you can enjoy them even more. We offer the right strength training programme so that you can be comfortable when it comes to being on the bike, in the pool and on the road/track. This will minimize the amount of injuries you may get after or during a race by keeping your body strong and able to give it everything when the time comes.

You will be focusing on aspects of your training from endurance strength so that you can push that little bit further, to making sure you know how to stretch and recover after a big event.
