Personal Training

We realise that everyone is different and will require a bespoke personal training programme to reach their goals.

At Future Health Training, you will receive one to one personal training session that are designed specifically for you by your personal trainer. Our training follows a holistic approach in that we cover fitness and nutritional education. Future Health programmes follow a 3 stage programme, the first being Assessment.

Stage 1: Assessment

We will conduct an analysis on you so that we can tailor the programme to reach your goals. We do this taking into account your current fitness levels, passed injuries and nutrition.

Stage 2: Lifestyle Development

You will be led through a programme that will change your vision for health and fitness. This will involve training (at your own home, local park or facility), your diet and lifestyle factors, complemented by our support services from some of the best health professionals in Berkshire, Surrey and South West London.

Stage 3: Maintaining Momentum

As we’re client focused and results driven, we ensure that support is available to you long after your session is over. This means you’re able to maintain your progress in the time that we aren’t with you 1 to 1.

Personal training at Future Health Training uses a wide variety of disciplines to get the body active and healthy. This includes strength, mobility, stretching and cardiovascular exercise. You can choose to purchase packages or sessions (no membership fee).

Future Health Training is here to provide you with a bespoke regime that fits in to your schedule and works around your family life.

Group Training

We recognise that everyone has their way of motivating themselves. Group training can be a way to help push yourself that little bit more to reach your goals.

At Future Health Training, you can purchase group sessions with up to 4 participants.

The sessions will be holistic in practice, including fitness and nutritional support. And will follow our 3 stage programme.

Stage 1: Assessment

The sessions will be designed specifically to you as an individual in the group by your personal trainer based on your consultation. Future Health will analyse everyone in the group to ensure they are working at the correct pace, taking into account current fitness level, past injuries and nutrition.

Stage 2: Lifestyle Development

You will be taught new exercises and led through a progressive programme that will change your body and lifestyle. This will involve training (at one of the group members home’s, local part or private facility), your diet and lifestyle factors.

Stage 3: Maintaining Momentum

Regular assessments of achievements and goals will be taken in order to ensure individual progress is being reached. You’ll also receive on-going support services from some of the best health professionals in Berkshire and Surrey.

All of these will be set to your ability and will progress throughout the programme with your personal trainer. You can choose to purchase sessions or packages (no membership fee).

Future Health Training is here to provide you with a bespoke personal regime that fits in to your schedule and works around your life. We know that working as a group has a lot of benefits to keep you motivated. If you have a friendship group that would like to train together or if you and your husband/wife want to train. We are here to make it happen. 

Yoga

As a health and fitness company we see health and fitness as a whole and therefore we like to offer more than just fitness. At Future Health Training you may choose to include elements of yoga into your programme.

We acknowledge and value the benefits of practicing yoga and wish to provide you with another method of taking your training to a new level and increasing your flexibility, mobility, stability and bodily strength.

The benefits of yoga are flexibility, muscular balance and strength, postural improvement, spine protection and the increase of blood flow. With your Yoga instructor you will work on a number of these aspects, starting off with simple movements and poses until it’s time for you to progress further.

We recommend that you introduce yoga into any of our training programmes so that you can see the more than just the progress of your main goals, but to see the progress of something you might not off thought you could ever do.
