They will tell you to do this diet and train this way to get the results that you want. The truth of the matter is that there are many way to exercise and types of food that you can eat to create strength, fitness and overall becoming healthy.

You will need carbs for energy before any exercise, protein for recovery and fats and vegetable to keep your immune system in good working order. You don’t have to refine your diet straight away but you do need to eat and all natural diet. Try and cut out anything processed and anything with too much sugar. This will give your body the chance to get lots of what it actually needs inside of it. Getting rid of any dietary deficiencies you may have had. Your body would have been calling out for nutrients if you where running low on a specific mineral, vitamin or protein.
After you really know what your body needs then you can start exercising and feeding your body in the right way. To honour the fact that you have this body and you have to look after it for a long time to come. Honour that fact by treating yourself and your body in the right way.
